I’m a mom, an entrepreneur, and someone who learned the hard way that you can’t keep pouring from an empty cup and expect your life to magically change.
For 30 years, I was a hairdresser. I worked long days, ignored my body, ate on the run, slept poorly, and lived in constant go-mode. Over time, my back and neck issues caught up with me and forced me to step away from a full-time career I thought I would do forever.
That moment was my wake-up call.
I’ve always loved money, personal growth, and entrepreneurship. I was introduced to network marketing at 27 and saw early on that freedom and leverage mattered. But it wasn’t until I found ketones that my health finally caught up with my ambition.
Ketones changed my health.
The business changed my life.
I gained confidence
I rebuilt my energy, improved my sleep and hormones, lost over 60 pounds, and learned how to fuel my body instead of fighting it. At the same time, I built an online business that allowed me to walk away from a career that was costing me my health.
